It was a pleasant experience when I dealt with Kelvin when I was looking to purchase a condo in the East. He was extremely helpful,professional and tried hard to find a property to my liking. He also advised me on the property prices and was caring of my needs.
Although I did not buy a property from him eventually (as no co-broking allowed in the property I like), he remained warm and helpful.
I have since made some recommendations to him when I knew of my friends who had requirements of selling and buying.
He is someone whom I will definitely use again and would also refer to, as I find him reliable and knowledgeable.Thank you.
