URA categorises "Good Class Bungalow (GCB)" as an exclusive category of landed housing with a minimum plot size of 1,400 square metres, approximately 15,070 square feet. There are a total of 39 residential areas designated as Good Class Bungalow areas and in Districts 10, 11, 21 and 23.
